Strummer Directset™, as the name suggest means that the bearings goes directly to the head tube. Campagnolo compatible. Compatible for 42 mm head tube with non-tapered fork.
The sealed bearings used in this headsets adhere to JIS Standard, uses high carbon chromium steel bearings. After heat treatment, the bearings produced has a high hardness, uniform surface, good stability, and corrosion resistance.
The top cover of the headset features an O-Ring to prevent water ingress into the bearings. Bolts on the star nut cover are also covered with rubber to further prevent water ingress. Dust cover is also used on the top cover of the headset. This prevents grime buildup in the components.
